ARTdiscount, a leading UK art supplies retailer, partnered with us to transform its ecommerce performance and expand its direct-to-consumer (D2C) footprint. Over a decade, we led a comprehensive digital growth strategy that resulted in more than tripling the company’s online revenue.

The Approach

Working closely with ARTdiscount’s leadership, we spearheaded a full overhaul of their ecommerce ecosystem. This included:

  • Shopify Platform Migration & UX Redesign: We transitioned the business to a modern Shopify setup, streamlining user journeys, improving site performance, and enhancing the mobile experience.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Through rigorous A/B testing, customer behaviour analysis, and funnel refinement, we delivered sustained conversion rate improvements.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: We achieved top rankings for high-converting industry keywords, significantly increasing organic traffic and reducing dependency on paid media.
  • Performance Marketing: Managed and optimised over £150k/year in paid media spend across Google Ads, Shopping, and social platforms—maintaining strong ROAS across campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation: Implemented lifecycle email campaigns, cart recovery flows, and segmentation strategies that drove customer retention and average order value.
